she asked us to buy Black scarp book, and asked us to collect 5 types of food grains,10 types of flowers and 10 types of leaves and Paste into that scrap book.
I did this in my summer vacation, vacation become fun, collecting flowers, leaves and grains from neighbors, nearby parks and I still remember the intricacies of each of it, the color, the size, the shape, use availability and even the season of their availability.

Had this been complete classroom program, it would have been tough mugging up all this, and that too remember for our daily life.

The way my Army School Teacher taught was really innovative. They used to instill practicals into theory as matter of practice to teach in class.
